Job title: Business Development Executive (Europe Shift)

Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

Other Requisites: Must have a 100 MBPS internet broadband and a quiet surrounding to ensure there is no background disturbance while calling. 

* Hired candidate must be able to travel to Pune for any company events/meetings or training programs as and when required at their own cost. Prior notice will be given along with the itinenary.

About the role:

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with existing and new clients via phone and email to acquire their market research requirements. 
• Liaison with our research partners to get sample reports and to have any pre purchase and/or post purchase queries of clients resolved.
• Updating CRM on daily basis with the status of the leads.
• Reaching monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
• Building new clientele to drive sales revenues of the organization.

Candidate requirements:

• Must have exceptional fluency in English both written and spoken.
• Must have the zest for sales and ability to deliver results under pressure.
• Must have good working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.
